Stripe acts as the merchant of record for ClipCycle, through its Managed Payments service. Stripe is the seller on your receipt, takes the payment and handles any VAT or sales tax due in your country. ClipCycle never sees or stores your card details.
Your first five posts on Pro are free and need no card. You get the full Pro experience for each of them — AI-written hooks and captions, the reasoning behind each pick, and archive insights. When the five are used up nothing is charged automatically. You choose whether to subscribe, and your account stays on the Free plan until you do.
Email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it, no argument, as long as the plan has not been heavily used in that period. Where consumer law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies on top of this and is not reduced by it.
Nothing is deleted without you asking. If you drop below the Free plan's archive limit you keep read access and can export everything; you just cannot add new posts until you are back under the limit or upgrade again.
