Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the ClipCycle website and the ClipCycle web application. By using ClipCycle, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ClipCycle is a registered business name of Alan Brennan (Registration of Business Names Act 1963, no. 792657), registered in Ireland on 4 September 2026. Your agreement under these Terms is with Alan Brennan trading as ClipCycle.

ClipCycle is a hosted creator workflow tool. It helps users archive their own short-form content, organise post information, select older content for reconsideration, prepare revised post copy and, where authorised, deliver a selected clip to TikTok. Delivery takes one of two forms, both of which require your authorisation: sending the clip to your TikTok drafts for you to finish and publish yourself, or — on paid plans, where you have granted the additional TikTok posting permission — publishing it to TikTok on your instruction after you have reviewed and confirmed that individual post.

ClipCycle does not post on a schedule, in the background, or without you. Every post published through ClipCycle requires you to confirm that specific clip together with its caption, its privacy setting, its comment, Duet and Stitch settings and any commercial-content disclosure. You may leave the posting permission ungranted, or withdraw it at any time, and continue using draft delivery.

ClipCycle stores your imported posts and media on its servers so that suggestions can be prepared while your device is closed. Where that data is held, and how it is protected, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Important: ClipCycle does not promise increased views, followers, engagement, income or recommendation by any platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms and satisfy the age and account requirements of every service you connect. Accounts are personal to you. Sign-in uses a one-time link sent to your email address, so keeping that email account secure is what keeps your ClipCycle account secure.

3. Your content and permissions

4. TikTok and third-party services

ClipCycle is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s terms, community guidelines and policies. TikTok may change, limit or discontinue its services or APIs.

Where ClipCycle sends a draft to TikTok, you are responsible for opening it in TikTok, reviewing the content, completing edits and making the final decision to publish. Where you have granted the posting permission and confirmed an individual post, ClipCycle publishes that post to TikTok on your instruction and as your act: you are responsible for the content, the caption, the settings you chose and your right to use the video and any music in it. ClipCycle does not select the privacy level for you, and does not post anything you have not confirmed.

You can disconnect ClipCycle from your TikTok account at any time, either inside ClipCycle or from your TikTok account settings.

5. Usage limits

Each account has a limit on how many clips can be prepared and delivered to TikTok — whether to your drafts or as a post you confirm — in a rolling seven-day period. The limit depends on your plan and is shown in the app. These limits exist to keep usage human-paced and within the fair-use expectations of connected platforms. We may adjust them where necessary to protect the service or comply with platform requirements.

6. Plans, billing and refunds

ClipCycle offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The plans, their prices and what each includes are set out on the Pricing page, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

8. Account security

You are responsible for protecting your devices and accounts, particularly the email address used to sign in. Use official authorization screens and review requested permissions. Report security concerns to clipcycle.creator@gmail.com.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features to improve the service, address security or legal requirements or respond to changes in third-party platforms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. ClipCycle is not a backup service: you should keep your own copies of any media you cannot afford to lose.

10. No professional advice

ClipCycle does not provide legal, financial, business or growth advice. Suggestions generated by the application are planning aids that should be reviewed by the user.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipCycle is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will meet every requirement, remain compatible with third-party services or produce a particular result. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipCycle will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, lost revenue, loss of data caused by failure to maintain your own backups, or decisions made by third-party platforms. This does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Ending use

You may stop using ClipCycle at any time. Deleting your account from within the application removes your stored media and then your records, and cannot be undone — export your data first if you want to keep it. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security threats, legal obligations or material breaches.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Irish law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date above identifies the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you before it takes effect.
